- Care sunt facilităţile cheie pe care proprietatea închiriată de dvs. le propune (ex. dormitoare, este adaptată pentru cât mai multe persoane, bucătărie, stil)?
- Cum arată zona din apropierea proprietăţii dvs.? Care este punctul cheie de atracţie turistică din zona din apropiere (ex. acces la plajă, pârtii de schi, etc.)?
Aici puteţi adăuga oricare alt conţinut, ex. un motto simbolic, un rezumat al “ofertei speciale” sau o fotografie cu proprietatea dvs. propusă spre închiriere. Adăugaţi conţinutul printr-un click pe butonul “Add new widget”, din partea de sus a acestei pagini.
În general, vă recomandăm să afişaţi aceste caracteristici ale proprietăţii pe pagina principală, întrucât acestea vă vor ajuta să vă construiţi credibilitate şi încredere, de exemplu:
- Un text luat dintr-o opinie specială lăsată pe site (ex. din partea unui consultant turistic)
- O opinie referitoare la proprietatea dvs. din partea unei oficialităţi
- O recomandare sau un mesaj din cartea vizitatorilor din partea unui oaspete

The Space
The guest studio is north facing with large windows and panoramic views of thoroughbred farmland and the Kaimai Ranges. The private courtyard is the perfect area to absorb the beauty and tranquility of farm life and watch the sunset on the horizon. Inside, the room has been fitted with quality fixtures; a comfortable king size bed, a luxurious double shower and modern kitchenette area.
In winter it is beautifully sunny and warm. Perfect for a romantic treat or get-away! The space has been optimally designed for two people, with three still a comfortable stay. The studio contains a Queen Sofa bed that can be set up for an additional charge per guest. A cot is available on request. Guests may also enjoy a “starter pack” light breakfast that will be in your room on arrival.
Matamata Country B&B is set on a hectare block of gardens, an orchard and paddocks. The guest room is filled with everything you will need during your stay including USB chargers, Netflix, Disney, Starlink unlimited wifi, a quality hair dryer, an electric blanket and other complimentary extras. There is a BBQ located in the private courtyard outside the room. Guest parking is close to the room with a well-lit walkway and a keybox safe near the entrance.

Communication from the host Kylie was superb and she has thought of every little thing you might need. The homemade bread and heritage hen eggs for breakfast were delicious and it's just such beautiful accommodation. I am so glad we found this listing!
